I have high confidence in restaurants with short menus. Obviously, ramen is the star here. There are 4 options that you can customize. I ordered the chicken leg ramen in spicy miso broth and my husband had the chashu ramen in tonkotsu broth. We were both extremely happy with our choices. The chicken just fell of the bone and melted in my mouth. The spicy miso broth was rich, salty, and had just the right amount of kick. I'm absolutely going to be back.
so happy that Roji Ramen opened on piedmont. i had the spicy miso broth and chashu and it was very flavorful! and i love any ramen that has bok choy on the menu. definitely making this my regular ramen spot
Ordered Tonkotsu broth and chicken leg ramen. I love the broth and noodle! The noodles absorb all the umami form the broth and it’s so chewy! The chicken leg is well cooked and super soft too. My only suggestion is the presentation for the ramen, it would be nice if it looks more like the picture, but the taste is amazing.
Got the spicy miso broth + chashu and chicken ramen with extra bakudan. Broth was spot on and thin noodles made it even better. This ramen combination is probably my favt.
So good! We got the pork rib ramen with spicy miso broth and the chashu ramen with tonkotsu broth. Very attentive service and fun, interesting decor. Highly recommend it and can’t wait to go back!

Been here few times one my favorite choice was the Chashu Spicy Miso with extra House Spicy Sauce absolutely exquisite with chicken karage. If you like Ramen this is one of the place in Piedmont.
4066 Piedmont Ave, Oakland, CA 94611 Roji Ramen mixes great ramen and a motorcycle decor to create a unique experience on Oakland's Piedmont Ave. This cozy ramen shop is just down the street from the Kaiser Hospital Campus. I was there on a Thursday evening, around 8:30pm, to grab some takeout after work. I already knew what I wanted, but the order taker handed me a menu anyway. I ordered Chashu Ramen w/ Spicy Miso broth. Price $16.99 My order was ready in about 10-mins. The server offered me water while I was waiting. For me, this is what I wanted on a chilly evening. A hearty and spicy ramen soup, with house made chashu, kale, soft boiled egg, scallion, sesame, ginger, bamboo, and garlic oil. A spicy ramen soup to warm the soul. For lunch or dinner, drop by and try Roji Ramen on Piedmont Avenue.
